AI and the Escort Industry - What do you Think? What is in it for you?

AI and the Escort Industry - What do you Think? What is in it for you?

Let’s be real — AI isn’t just playing with spreadsheets anymore, it’s messing with cheekbones, profiles, and even videos in the adult industry. One snap of a selfie and AI can smooth your skin, fix the lighting, and even turn it into a short video - no cameras, no makeup, no hassle.

At Langtrees, we’re seeing it everywhere. AI can help workers and advertisers stand out, try new looks, and get creative … but it also makes it harder to tell what’s real. In an industry built on trust, that little line between real and fake? Yeah, it suddenly matters a lot.

AI Imaging - Can You Spot the Difference?

To give you an example below are 2 images, one is real the other an AI generated image which the owner has uploaded a single selfie and asked to create a variety of images in different poses and different outfits … can you tell which is which? Hint: If you enlarge each photo you will see the background pixelates with one of them … this is the AI generated!

AI Image to Video

As a fun experiment, we took an image of our illustrious leader, Mrs. Langtrees (with her full consent, of course), and ran it through Grok’s free image-to-video generator. Within minutes, we had a short video and after requesting 3 variations, the results were nothing short of mind-blowing. And yes, that was all from the free version! Naturally, the paid tiers from any of the AI products such as DALL·E, MidJourney, and Stable Diffusion for image creation, and Runway, Pictory, and Synthesia for turning those images into videos open up a whole new world of creative possibilities, offering even more control, detail, and artistic flair.

But lets not forget for every pro of technology progress there is always a con. AI can produce flawless images but sometimes, too perfect is a red flag. Unrealistic or too perfect symmetry, hyper-smooth skin, or overly dramatic lighting can make content feel artificial or uncanny. We recommend you zoom in and the flaws will be obvious.

And then there is the ethical authenticity, data privacy and copyright to consider.

We are ever more mindful of false imaging and advertising and we continue to super-sleuth every single profile and image to ensure our platform and advertisers are authentic. Here's a few tips and tricks to lookout for when reviewing images or videos:

  • Odd Details: Check for inconsistent lighting, mismatched shadows, or strange reflections.
  • Hands and Fingers: AI often struggles with realistic hands, fingers, and joints, look for extra or missing fingers.
  • Text and Logos: Words in AI images can appear garbled or nonsensical.
  • Background Artifacts: Blurred edges, warped textures, or objects that don’t make sense can indicate AI generation.
  • Video Oddities: AI videos may have slightly unnatural movements, lip-sync mismatches, or inconsistent frames.
  • Unrealistic Symmetry: Perfectly symmetrical faces or objects often signal AI editing.

Final Thoughts

AI images and videos are a bit like fake lashes … fabulous when used right, but a giveaway if you’re not careful. They save time, spark creativity, and cost next to nothing, but they also blur the line between what’s real and what’s not. The trick is to have fun with it, stay sharp, and learn to spot when the glow-up’s gone digital.

With that said, stay legit and have fun - no one wants to see the imposters called out on public forums. Yours in pixels …

“I feel it could be a great way to also express our personality more in way of photos. It can be harder to capture how you would like to be seen by a photographer. But with AI generated photos that are well done could really show some artistic freedom in outfits and scenery. AI is the future for a lot of things so as long as it’s done right and still embodies what we really look like then great ?”

“All paid photoshoots done by a professional are edited anyway so what’s the difference in the photographer editing them or AI editing them? I personally would prefer not to use AI for advertising myself as I find professional photoshoots more authentic but some girls do struggle to pose or look photogenic and AI works much better for them. There are pros and cons to both it just depends on the individual and what they are trying to achieve ?”

“When selfies, biometric data, or likenesses are fed into AI, questions around data ownership, misuse, deepfake beyond consent, or impersonation become critical. Who safeguards the image rights? Who monitors misuse? The article alludes to these but they deserve even heavier spotlight.”

“There was a content creator I knew who built his business using AI-generated images of women. I’m not sure if his clients ever realized they weren’t real. It really makes me question how I feel about AI taking over the sex industry.”

“I have to agree with Langtrees VIP Canberra. Like all new thing they take getting use too, As said as long as it's the real girls body it not only will be cheaper but possibly even better than an actual photoshoot with no turn around time ? Only time will tell but AI is happening everywhere whether people are a fan or not, So we might as well hop on the AI train aswell. Keep upto date with times No matter how much we love the past or present it all leads to the future regardless. ?”

“will be interesting to see what the future holds. It wont be ideal if girls in the industry are not able to produce a similar AI self, that could make dollars, there will need to be a very good site, that could be for industry girls only, & have like , videos & pics gallerie, letting guys know that each girl has her own AI running continuous videos 24/7 to warm you up , if considering seeing a girl in person , & have 1 photo & video of the real girl beside the AI”

“Look using AI is fine, and it's being adopted in businesses more and more, but for an industry on trust and privacy, it feels inauthentic and cheap to produce ai content instead of the real thing, especially when advertising. I don't want a glammed up version, I want to know exactly what Il actually experience coming in person. Furthermore, if AI is going to be used I do think each image or video using it should be clearly labelled as either AI generated or AI edited/enhanced. That way it's no so much false advertising but more added artistic flair. ”

“AI is definitely here to stay, but people are still in that early stage of mistrust. When it comes to images of sex workers, let’s be honest — there’s already plenty of deception through Photoshop and filters. If AI can actually make an image more accurate to a person’s real physique, then is that really such a bad thing? The only real concern I can see is for photographers who might lose work because of it. But even then, clients already get frustrated when photos don’t match the real person. In a world built on illusions, it’s still better to show up and see the real girl for yourself!”

“It's here to stay, and can be extremely useful. It would be nice if images altered using AI were tagged but altering images has been around for a long time, it's just got easier to do. I use AI almost daily for study, it can give different examples, explain things differently or even test me to make sure I understand.”

“There's definitely a conversation to be had around the use of AI in the industry. It definitely blurs the lines between what's real and what's not. But as Mrs.Langtrees has said over on Talkinsex... As long as it's the ladies ACTUAL body and face, it can still be considered genuine, right? - Good photoshoots can be extremely expensive, and if someone is wanting to update their pictures every couple weeks or so, this could be a nice, cost-effective way of getting that done, while ensuring photos are still of high quality. Obviously if people are popping up AI generated images that clearly look nothing like them, thats a whole other story.... ”

“AI is here to stay, and if used correctly, I think it will be amazing for the sex industry. I will be encouraging all the ladies to learn how to use just to change their outfits and use colour wisely.”
